I looked in the fridge and saw I had chicken, feta, mixed greens, dressing, raspberries, apple and just made the magic happen! The only thing I really wish I had was avocado or some pistachios for a lil CRUNCH! I mixed all these together and it was a magical combo!

Dressing of choice - I’m obsessed with @traderjoes pear vinaigrette
