As many of you know food is something I have struggled with for years. What to eat, how much, to eat carbs, to eat fat, you name it. Something I realized early on is cutting out all foods that I loved wasn’t going to work, so it was crucial that I found healthy alternatives to fit my lifestyle. I’ve found many fixes over the years and I wanted to talk about one of my FAVORITES today that is a part of my daily life, which is FAGE Total 0% Greek yogurt.

First off if you haven’t tried it you must because it has so many amazing benefits! Not only, is FAGE Total 0% 18g of protein per container (170g), but it also has no added sugar and is super versatile! Seriously though I could probably have it at every meal because it’s friendly for a breakfast bowl with berries/granola, a quick snack with some powdered peanut butter, a smoothie, or even a dessert with waffle crisps and chocolate chips – the list could go on!!

I am very macro conscious aka I focus on how much protein I get in a day and sometimes living off chicken just isn’t ideal for me! I am constantly running in and out of meetings and I need something quick and easy, so more times than none FAGE is the answer! That’s just it though – it’s convenient for everyday life! Also, you can basically get it at any Target or grocery store! Click here to find a store near you!

Honestly, I could go on forever about FAGE but I think you understand it’s a super easy, high protein, no added sugar, versatile food that you can incorporate into so many things!
